Sweeeet quad!! You'll be outflying Charpu himself before long... I'm so spoiled by GPS I'd fly one of these into a tree first thing.. Still, I'd like to give one of these little screamers a try sometime..I'd seriously have to be sitting down if I tried FPV - with goggles anyway...

You should check out Flite Test on YouTube..... They built a race quad about 10 times the size of this one - it's outrageous, but they were still doing flips and rolls with it! Nice shot of it!

Thanks, watching Charpu was one of the draws to the racing quad verse the photo. He is impressive. Hitting a tree is a real possibility any time with these things... I'm in the high desert so tumble weeds and ground are my main victims. The larger photo quads are impressive too. That and a much long flight time are a draw. Maybe my next one will have the photography setup. I enjoy Flite test, they always have interesting builds. If you like the racing type you might look up Rotor riot. They've done some chase scenes for a film company in LA that was edited into a Star wars chase scene.

Yeah, you got that right Jeff... go through props like candy on some days.. but haven't damaged the frame. One was a drop of about 50 ft onto a concrete pad.... had a motor wire break lose while air borne and flying fpv.... a crash with a chain link fence the day before had broke a solder joint but it didn't show up until three flights later...
