Thank you for the comments my friends. That bloom is a filter I am using in FilterForge. It is so hard to know when enough is enough, or not enough at all though. I end up with about ten images to take back to Photoshop and call it the final one. I really only started using bloom to hide the small white dots that I get when I render with some lighting in Daz. But it is nice to use.
