Description

one jet with folks and a Big Bend Sky. Tuesday I left 4:30 AM to visit my sister driving 560 miles round trip. she is home but has a steel brace from her knee to her waist with a pivot an extending on up to her arm pit and around her chest . she can not lift that leg for than 5-6 inches so she is sleeping in a lounger chair. she can not get into her bed. she is using a walker and wheel chair to get around the house. she has 3 weeks more with the brace

Sounds rough for your sister. My 16 year-old niece just had corrective surgery on her right knee and her whole right leg is in a flex brace and she is in pain. your sister and my niece should get together and share stories.

great capture

Well, if that's a United flight I hope they don't throw someone out the door up there...

I really love this shot, though. It does give a feel for how much space is up there.

Sounds like not much fun for your sister, Richard. I hope she is able to get that brace off and get some relief.

Nice shot of that empty sky with one set of contrails. Hope these inconveniences your sister has too endure right now will eventually cure her ailment.
