YAY... something really creepy! Love it that you made this look like a classic painting (sort of), makes the driplets of blood look real in a pretty unpleasant way. Her friendly expression twists the whole thing even more around. Horror as it should be, if you asked me... but you don't, and why should you. You know how to do creepy images :)
As a horror gourmet I say: bon appetit! ;)
