This person's name, by way of translation into English, is Primian, which is more a title than a proper name. A more precise translation might be something like "First Citizen" or even just "Leader of Leaders." His personal name is unknown. What is known is that more than a century ago, he made a decision that has doomed his homeworld to a slow oblivion and probably eventual destruction at the hands of its enemies. Why and what the ultimate results will be have yet to be determined. The result that most concerns us at this time, however, is that now three Native American teenagers from Earth may hold the fate of an interstellar empire in their hands.
