Looks like a test gunnery run. Background looks like the Norwegian coast, though. No war paint yet. Sun setting, windy evening, a good swell with well done splashes against the hull. Man, one great image! Keep up the good work! :-)

Great render, but the stacksmoke should be almost invisible, sign of a good combustion. You did well in the overpainting of the 'Baltic' camouflage. Ships at sea make a wake.
