Description

it's a matter of perspective While waiting for my friend to get finished with her appointment, I was out and about taking pictures. I like how this turned out with just a little postwork

Oh, boy! Another interesting iterative image! Nice perspective. Nice how the verticals "shrink" and meld together with distance. Then come the trees with their irregularities, breaking any and all regularity. Keep up the good work! Nice eye for this one! :-)

Very cool shot. Love your angle. It kind of struck me that the supports look so tiny and so few to hold up that massive upper deck. God knows I'm no engineer, but it's like lifeboats on the Titanic. Better to have too many than not enough.

Always like something that employs a "vanishing point" in its perspective. Railroad tracks or a long dock give the same effect. Nicely done Mike.

A fascinating study in perspective, Mike! Nice lighting, too. The parking garage is well exposed, and yet the outside areas with the trees is not blown out. Nicely seen, and cool photo, Mike!

Terrific perspective and abstract composition! This is terrific. (Sorry to be years late ... being on the road means I don't see everything.)

I really thought I'd commented on this! I love this. You got a bunch of great responses on it too. Rod points out that you got light in the interior without blowing out the outside trees. (Fine work.) But the long perspective is devouring and really compelling; and, full size, it just pulls us into infinite diminishing perspective...And as I scrolled the largest view, I realized that you included a huge swath of ceiling, which is gutsy; in full size, it really brings home this feeling of hugeness. Great that you got this place empty---cars would've changed the whole feeling. Love this shot.
