Description
This splendid machine is chained to the fence of some flats further down my road.
I can only guess as to why the owner doesn't take it into the gated grounds, where it should be much safer.
Maybe some nimby resident dislikes the sound of it coming and going. Or maybe the owner is only a visitor and has no permit.
I should so HATE to be dictated to by a management committee!
Mark (wysiwyg) says he rides bikes, so maybe he can shed light on the make/power/date etc of this beauty.

Well that was a bit rude. TwiztidKidd stole my answer but it is indeed a Victory Vegas 8-ball by Polaris Industries. American made in the state of Iowa. Sadly, Polaris recently pulled the brand and has decided to concentrate on its Indian motorcycles. Victory Motorcycles, 1998-2017. R.I.P.
