Somewhat related to the Sistine Chapel's paintings by Michael Angelo, I like the idea of "contact", "touch", "care about". I made this with Poser 4, it's just two hands, a right hand and a left hand, The only thing I did was to put then in this position, disable the shadow casting and apply a sketch style render, the dark clouds sketch style. I was not happy though. I wanted it to make more impact, so I openned up Paint Shop Pro 7 and applied two textures of different sizes, so the wrinkled paper effect was not shown like a tiled texture. Still the image was not good enough yet. To spice it up I wanted to make the overall colors to get 75 years old (with the Paint Shop Pro 7's Aged Newspaper effect). This made the darker parts of the image get a reddish brown color. I had to retouch it by hand, because that color was ruinning my image, you can still find some traces of that color if you zoom it in.
