Captain Jack Harkness is a spinoff character/series (Torchwood) of the Dr. Who Storyline.
Torchwood has a branch office in Cardiff. I don't remember where I got the model for
Cardiff from but I thought is was high time I tried it out. It is just a very basic low
poly model but I think it does the trick.

Only the best transports for the Captain! Cardiff looks good for a low-poly set, probably better looking than Dystopia (yes, I'm serious). Maybe they have it at ShareCG, I'll have to look. Excellent lighting too, Bill.
