A small scene of the liberation of France.
It was fun to paint the typycal outfit of the women
in WWII.

They all come out dressed in their finery. This IS fun to paint, even if in HO scale! This is scale 1:35 I assume. Much more fun painting this scale than smaller. I like the body language - says a bit about each individual in the scene. The mother and child is a great touch here. The woman in green seems "look at ME", inviting, to say the least. Keep up the good work! :-) Figures by Tamiya, or other model company?

Yes, it is scale 1/35.The women are from MB modelkits and the Military Police is from Tamya.Thanks again for your fine comments, much appriciated and a Salute from Gerrit.
