Description
Taken at the McMenamin Edgefield complex in Troutdale. Apparently it was named after a black rabbit that the McMenamins spotted when they first toured this facility before buying it. From their website:
"This wee shed was named for the original black rabbit, who was eventually
laid to rest here in the flower garden. During Poor Farm days, this spot was
used for the practical purpose of fumigating mattresses and bedding. Today,
guests enjoy handcrafted ales, wine and spirits surrounded by one-of-a-kind
pipe art. The Black Rabbit House is open seasonally."
There's also a very nice restaurant at the facility which is also named The Black Rabbit...

I can see why this caught your eye. It has a rather art nouveau look to it.

A building like no other. You probably didn't have to find some new way to photograph this little jewel...its' unique decorativeness speaks for itself. Such a fancy place for such an original common purpose. Like the backstory.
