I waited for you to go from three to one:-) I am not sure what this transmission is from but the function is unmistakable. But on a more esthetic note, I like your capture...worn blue paint illustrating years of service. I can almost smell the lubricants and hear the sound of this piece of machinery at work. So cool.

Wow - this makes such an interesting abstract! A great example of a photographer's mind & eye creating visual art from the most unlikely sources...

Funny, I actually briefly smelt it when I looked at this, but I do sometimes have Synesthesia. I love the photo.

This almost looks like the interior of an old camera. But it could also be a "slice" of a big machine. You captured the deep rusted metals, in the dirty bronze hues, the chipped blues, and the muddy greens. It's a big abstract, both in hues and in textures. And it's really complex and beautiful. And that center---we don't know what it is (I can't help but think of the shutter of a lens, even though there's no "shutter" there), is like a great eye staring out at us. Wonderful job with this mysterious but oh-so-intricate subject...

Thank you for comment! very appreciated! The center is a hole with a white wall behind, so I did it gray, looks better this way I think...
