Cheers it's Blackhearted's GND4 with GND4.3 head inj. But I added a bit of nearly every V4 female head in my library 🤓

Thank you! I did use a web photo for posing reference. It's a pity this camera angle hides her left hand as it is playing a note, the piano keys have morph dials plus the front top section hinges back. It's a very cool prop.
