My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

After admired this beautiful picture, I close my eyes and what do I see: one of my fantasy originated reptile, with two of these glass spheres, and it looks at me, it's coming straight at me from my computer screen.

this piece is set against the natural background, with bokeh'd lights and shadow: It's in a 'sea'. And the bauble itself is captured with a surprising number of reflections and levels of light and hue---I wonder if people see all that, in person; your photograph makes us ponder it, and it's very rich and varied. Lots of life in that sphere. And your placement, once again, on one side, makes it commune with its background in a way that centering it would not. You're very intuitive about placement. Beautiful...and the dark shadow in that ball brings out its mystery, even its 'dark' side...
