Very nice! why do I always have such a hard time with Reality 4.3 and Lux since I changed from DS3 to DS4.8? It seems Reality and Lux still is capable to do at least as good as IRAY if not better, but somehow I got better results faster with DS3 than I get it with Reality 4.3 and DS4...

Understanding how Reality's materials work takes time and patience but most of the time you only need to make minor adjustments. Render times can vary depending on what you have in the scene and how the scene is lit. If you take the image above, the rendering time was about 5hrs but it could have done with couple of hrs more. If you are interested I do have a tutorial over at the official Reality forums that takes you right through from setting up the scene in Daz to the final render, including post-work. It also give you an introduction on the various parts of the Reality GUI.
