Pass the tale please Pile them on my plate Put them right in front of me For I can hardly wait Tales to the ceiling, Tales to the sky, My piles of tales are a mile high. How I love them! How I need them! To take each tangy word To try each tasty rhyme I’ll try them one more time: So pass the tale please They just won’t leave my head I have to have more tales Before I go to bed. What a total surprise---thank you so much, Dee! This is a total delight! I love the poem---absolutely delightful, love the rhyme, and love the thoughts, and the delightful way they're stated (really, sung!). And I love your image---the child is made of felt, like you could pick him up and squeeze him---and I love the title of your book (that you wrote), and the dog with his arm around the kid, and the caption; and of course one of your usually lush and affirming backgrounds (with moss, grasses, flowers and beautiful tree, etc). What a wonderful image, and wonderful words, thank you.

Re my tales, you've made writing so much easier with your great reception; and I'm thrilled to be woven-into your imagery. Your world is filled with a huge amount of light and love (and magic and great artistry), and to be part of that is grand. This is just wonderful, Dee! Firstly, your artwork is just delightful, and secondly, this is sooooo perfect for Mark! He's truly a gem among men. His writing is just so much fun (I've printed out that one he did for me (My Father Was A Jpg..) it was so hilarious... I was literally in tears the whole time I was reading it! I'll wait a couple days to read it again, though - don't want to pop anything loose.... LOL

A most excellent dedication! Two thumbs-up from T.N.A. headquarters!
