Lovely ! But a bit more work is needed on the skin material. You have mentioned IRAY. Look for IRAY material for your character under the Smart Content Materials sub option and if it does not have IRAY material try and experiment with another character's IRAY material and then replace the texture maps with your character's textures maps (In the Surface tab).
