Great landscape and water, oddly sharp waterline, and incongruous clothing. The figure is intriguing, but it would be a better scene without him.

Actually the character is standing on a cliff edge about 10 m above the waterline...An I think his clothing is appropriate to a windy day at water's edge...personal taste i guess. The back story in my mind while creating this being he's checking to see if he wants to take the boat out; guessing he's not. I wouldn't for sure.
