Missed your turn? On foot, or by car? The snow at the rim is interesting, like there's been a series of small snow avalanches. Caused by what? Quake? Heat from below? I wouldn't want to be on the slopes with that hanging over me. Photo - nice with the vast expanses of snow. I'm wondering about the trees. Some look large despite the distance while some look like dots. Same types of trees all the way? Keep up the good work! I really appreciate this photo. :-)
