Description

Hi There =) ! Thank you for the wonderful wonderful comments and favs and likes on my renders.

Story :

The story continues from my previous render.... It took a couple of days to do this render. Miho was down to one word vocabulary. She was that angry. Once the guy crawled up to Miho, Miho ask - "More ?" pointing to the containers behind. The guy just noded and said there were container storage halls. Next Miho asked "Shutdown ?", the guy shook his head and said he did not know how. He suggested we ask the site manager. Next Miho asked "Where ?", the guy gave her the directions. Miho pressed on the base of the guy's neck and he crumpled to the floor unconscious. Miho knew the function of every cell in the body and how it interacted with the brain cells and knew pressing what where caused what. She did admire the fact the in the olden days people had got many of the nerve points right without even knowing the full biology of the body and had incorporated them into the healing systems and martial arts they had developed. That was impressive. Miho headed to the office of the site manager. In the server room, we were done copying everything. It had been too easy to do all this. Though we had excepted major problems in taking over this lab, it had turned out to be too easy. They had relied on technology a bit too much and there were hardly any security personnel around. Things were being monitored from remote location and well Miho's tech had already taken care of all their sensors. So in the offsite monitoring location things were still looking as though nothing was out of place and everything was normal. She asked over the comms if we were done in the server room, I said yes. She gave us the location and asked us to meet her there. There was still no security personnel to be seen. Miho thought these people were probably overly confident about their security and ability to keep things secure. She knew once they found out what happened here, the were bound to massively increase security in their other labs. She will have to deal with that when she continued to track down and shut down their labs. But that was something to think about later. There were things on hand that needed to be dealt with first. She reached the site manager's office. From the window she got a look at this huge 6 foot plus muscular man bent over the desk and reading probably some reports. Everything about him screamed 'mean person'. Miho entered the office. Without looking up he said "What is it ?" thinking it was one of the pesky lab scientist he hated. The thought someone not from this lab would be standing there did not enter his thought process. Miho simply said "Container storage, where ?". It was her quiet tone that sent a sudden chill down his spine. He looked up with a startle and saw this girl with blonde hair and black overall standing in the middle of his office. But unlike the lab scientist who was dumbfounded to see Miho, this guy had enough experience to leap into action. He jumped over the desk at Miho thinking he could overpower her. He did not think about how she had managed to get in here without detection, he would torture it out of her later. His mind was focused on capturing her. Miho did not move until the guy with cruel eyes was almost upon him. Then in less than a blink of an eye, she moved her hands lighting fast and touched the guy on the chest with a finger and the guy felt as though he had been hit by the truck and he was flung back and fell on his desk. Through the numbing pain his mind found it hard to understand what had just happened. A moment ago he was about to overpower this girl and now he was lying there withering in pain on his desk. Me and the creature were very near the site manager's office and heard the crash and we sprinted to it and bust in into the office. We saw Miho simple walking over to the huge guy, grabbing him by his leg and dragging him out. Miho asked the site manager again - "Where ?", this time the guy gave her the direction. Miho dragged him by his leg all the way. When Miho entered the container storage hall, she got a shock, well, we all did. She could not believe the sheer size of it. It was huge. And according to the guy she had met in the inner lab, there were many such container storage halls. There were thousands of clones of each of the ultra aggressive creatures they had genetically manipulated and created stored here. All ready to be unleashed on some unsuspecting city to kill every single man, woman and child in that city. And to think that this evil corporation was willing to sell all this to highest bidder for money was an unthinkable thought. Miho was ultra angry now. Her white hot anger had spread from her chest to every single cell of her body. She simply lifted the site manager as though he was a paper doll and dangled him over the ledge and slowly moved him closure and closure to the creature who had his teeth bared. The creature really want to harm him, the person who was among those who had inflicted so much pain on him. Her threat was simple, she would let the creature tear him into pieces if he did not tell her how to shut all of this down this facility. The site manager started screaming, crying and telling us about how to shut everything down at the same time. He was more afraid of Miho handing him to the creature than about what people in this corporation would do to him when they found out what happened here. I followed the site manager's instructions and was able to get to the site wide shutdown module. I confirmed that to Miho and finally Miho had her smile back on her face for a brief moment. She said to press it and I did and all the life support of all the containers site wide came to an halt and the all the creatures died in their containers. Miho, me and the creature all felt extremely bad and also extremely sad that we had to do this, but it was something that had to be done. If what they had done here had gotten out it would have been a horror story on a global scale. It was lucky that the creature with us that had been unleashed onto the city as a test run by the corporation had somehow overcome it's genetically manipulated killer instinct and though it had caused chaos in the city before Miho had caught him, it had not killed anyone. I also found a evacuate button on the console. We asked the site manager about it. He said it was for if the creatures every got out of their containers and that the underground lab would self destruct. Miho said to press it and I did and alarms started ringing everywhere. Everyone in the underground lab ran for their lives to the exits. They knew this alarm only went off if the creatures somehow got loose. So they did not think to see if it was actually true. They all knew the horror they were creating here and they did not want to be on the receiving end of what they had help create. They were that afraid of the work they were doing. So except for the site manager and the other guy we had encountered, no one else knew about us. The self destruct protocols of the underground lab were triggered and we had a few minutes to get out. On the remote security monitoring location they still did not see anything. To them things were still normal. Miho's hack of their system had seen to that. It was time for us to retrieve the other guy left unconscious by Miho in the other part of the lab and make our escape with the two prisoners. We got back to our hyper craft with the two prisoners with seconds to spare. The whole area shook from the underground explosions and the ground collapsed inwards. We had exited from the opposite end so the people who had evacuated still had not seen us. I told Miho that we had no choice but to wipe the memory of the site manager and the other scientist so that they could not talk about us. Miho though reluctant at first finally agreed to wipe their memories but only for the past hour. They would not remember seeing us at all. She had developed the technology to do that some time back but she never liked using it. After we did that we let them go. We knew someone would call their HQ and after they got past all the confusion they would understand that they had been attacked by an unknown party who had no left a single trace. The site manager would not be able to say what had happened there. This would trigger alarm bells within the corporation and they would up their security everywhere. For now Miho was happy that one of her satellites was currently on a geosynchronous orbit above this place and it was capturing all communications and recording everything to see who they were talking to and who came here to pick up the scientist and other personnel and where they took them. The hidden web of the corporation was starting to be unraveled...

About this render :

Generally as you know, I start with a pose for Miho and then come up with a story around it. But for this one (and the last one) I had to continue the story. Hence I had to think of a scene for the story to render. After spending some time thinking I came up with the above scene and story. I wanted to create the effect of a huge hall containing hundreds to thousands of containers and a platform somewhere above it where I would have Miho, 'me' and the creature. I started with the containers first. I actually create 200+ instances and wrote a small DAZ Script to place them in rows. Had to tweak the script a couple of times to get the placement of the containers right. Then there was the issue of so many lighting from behind specular material and of course the noise from it. But this time I did not want to reduce the GL clamp setting. So I kept it maxed out. To deal with the noise I actually used a HDRI to light the scene. I know it kinda overpowers the lights from within the container and the containers do not look as good as the previous render but at least the noise was easy to handle and in this render the emphasis was to show the scale of the evil corporation's horrifying work and the scene looks like we had turned out the powerful lights in the storage hall to see how big it was. I choose this particular pose for Miho holding the site manager upside down to start to give an idea about how strong Miho actually is. I am using Miho's daylight skin material here and though again I am not very satisfied by how it looks, I have decided to live with it. This render has take me 3 days to do properly and I don't want to spend any more time on it. Need to move on with the story. Have a final scene in mind that I want to do before I start on something else....
Hope you all like the render ! Rendered in Daz Studio using the Octane Plugin. No post work done. Do click zoom if you can to see the details... Full size 1750x1000. My previous render - "Come here..." 79815ad330223628c0d96dd2557efdfb_thumbna Click the thumbnail to view it. Enjoy =) ! Rajib
