Description
hello Rendosians !
Today I upload an image for my italian friends.
This photo was captured in April in Bressanone, a wonderful town located in Trentino-Alto Adige (northern Italy).
Bressanone is an university town with 20000 inhabitants. Its economy is based on tourism and industrial exchanges with german-speaking countries.
I like this town because of its size : it is not too big or too small. They also usually have a nice weather in April. But, most of all, I always marvels at the fact that the inhabitants of Bressanone speak fluently Italian and German with the perfect accent and rythmn.
Once I spoke italian with a vendor then I noticed on the bill she had a german first name.
The same day, my husband spoke german with a man... who had an italian first name.
These adventures made us laugh a lot :-)
have a great sunday !
Virginie

Great capture Virginie. Love your commentary. I experienced the language thing in Switzerland, where they could speak German, Italian, or French, depends where one is. I love the deep blue sky, we have that here in Arizona often, but I first notice a sky like that in Vietnam when I first got there in 1966. This is superb!

Beautiful capture!

Beautiful! My first thought was Austria. But, the town is in that part of the world, so influences have crossed borders a number of times. Keep up the good work! :-)

Superbe photo !
