Dang, I never knew surgery could be this much fun (and I'd be in the company of so many hot babes...LOL)! I'm a little apprehensive of the "meds" that nurse on my right is holding.......

Which photo's a dream and which is reality? Oh, the lower one must be the dream - you don't give enemas to patients with stitches in their belly! So the top image must be the reality. Unless Rod banged up the car and then wound up in predicament number 2. This is funny and I see Rod really took off on it! Keep up the good work!
