Description
Yeah, yeah, I know, dinosaurs and people didn't co-exist. Well, in my world they do. Not sure about the lizard people but there are a lot of folks who say they exist too. Especially since reality is usually more a product of what we choose to believe is real, rather than what is factually so - if such a reality as factually so, can in fact exist. But I digress.
Just having a bit of fun since I do not have the time to devote to a series - which is why poor Suzi is still having a space-time conundrum. Maybe one day I can rescue her from that. In the meantime, since I have this warped sense of humor (and reality) and do not mind inflicting it on others, I thought I would do an Untold Tales series. Which basically means its not a series at all - or even a story - just a peek inside my cranium and what might have been one (or perhaps is one in some alternate dimension and is leaking over to influence my thought process).
As for the retold part, here is how that works. I will enable comments again - BUT do not feel you need to comment. Instead of posting "I like this one, etc.." why not post a brief tale of what story you see going untold. Its all for fun, so if you don't want to - that is fine. I just know a lot of you are quite clever and witty and thought reading some of these tales - retold - would make things more interesting. I will ask, however, that you PLEASE keep your "tale" suited to a general audience (so PG-13 at most).

As Suzi treks onward towards her weekly meeting with the unknown with her longtime companion, Spot, they pass through a clearing. trying to be subtle, Stevie, the perceptually unlucky Lizard man, tries once again to sneak up on Suzi and wow her with his charms. However, because he hasn't bathed in over three months and the wind is shifting, Suzi will soon know that Stevie is once again in the neighborhood and is looking to get his butt kicked, once again. Will he ever learn? Probably not!
Great scene - thanks for letting us, me write a storyette

LOL! Good one Mike! Poor Stevie, if he could only learn the importance of good personal hygiene. ;)

LOL @ Mike.... Oh, dear..... How can I possibly top that one?
OK....
It was a balmy day; quite warm for May. Suzi was taking an afternoon stroll with her pet....uh........(OK, Art, what breed is this??) dinosaur, Delbert. Suzi had the uncomfortable feeling someone was watching, but still wasn't worried - Delbert could handle any ill-mannered suitors with little effort. Delbert stopped for a brief moment to purge his system of the 40 pounds of succulents he had for supper last night. Suddenly, out of the bushes leapt Filmore Desplat - the local self-appointed dog/dino/creature catcher. "HA!" He exclaimed.. "Pooping in the forest without a license! That's a fine of 367 bananas! I hope you have a full storage hut, Suzi!" "I was just getting ready to dispose of it!" Suzi said softly as she turned quickly. With one practiced swing of her spear, she deftly snatched up Delbert's deposit, and flung it neatly - right at Filmore, where it made a sound a lot like De-Splat! "Oh, shoot!' Suzi exclaimed, "How terribly clumsy of me! Delbert, will you go get that poo cleaned off Filmore's forehead? be a good boy, now!" Suzi and Delbert watched with great amusement as Filmore made a hasty exit, and leaped into the nearby river, where the crocodilians kept him entertained for the next several hours.
OK, there you go, Rob.... Sheesh, now I need a cuppa coffee.....

Splendid scene ! I think the lizard man is going to get a shock when he gets near her. I like the posing of the characters. Specially the lizard man.
