Description

Happy hump day all, hope your week is smooth and wonderful. Many thanks for all past and present comments, faves and likes. Thank you, Steve. Thanks to tetrasnake Mike for sharing one of his great pictures with me so i could use it in a render, I had to create the reflections of the characters in photoshop so it would appear they are actually in the car. Thanks Mike. ART THEFT HAPPENING TO ME AND OTHERS a fellow artist pointed out to me some of my images are being used and sold on their site, I saw 2 under my name and another under another artist from here at rendo. I saw some reviews warning about visiting this site cause of viruses will get on your computer. Not sure if rendo can or will do anything about it or not. I would contact them but I never get any answers back when I ask something about problems or concerns. That really sucks. I seen two others from here so far on there, but not sure if all users art stolen are under their site name. CRAPOLA!!! excellent work, sorry to hear someone takes your work. That is one bad thing about posting, once you post your work it can be copied and stolen. That is one reason I do not post large resolution images on this site. I normally render up to 5000 pixels but limit it to about 1500 pixels to post here. Speaking of viruses it could be a pop up ad that automatically downloads to your computer if you click on it, i personally do not think it is a website itself, although i have not visited the site. Mind telling me the domain name of the site? I have sold my works many times, one customer that buys some of my works makes web templates with my art in it and someone else downloaded the webset from my customer's site that that has my work in it so basically in a way my work was stolen as well. But good news for both of us is we can always make new ones, right? Anyway excellent image you made above.

I saw a warning about that on my FB feed, there's a petition to get the site shut down.

Seems you're stuck at bringing a knife to a gunfight when the space has moved on to bringing a Taser to a tagger night. The governor never could get the white house right on treasury overages.

She's gonna start shooting at him and he's gonna start wielding that knife and deflect all the bullets. Get a hold of the server's owner or webmaster (use whois for that domain name) and explain briefly what's going on and ask them to have your content removed.

Remarkable work Steve. Really well done. You can't tell the photo from the people. Super.

What site did you see yours and other artists work being sold at? You can publish that publically here, especially when it's illegal sales. Or send me a sitemail. Thanks.

I remember this upload (it wasn't that long ago), and your words on the theft. I saw the thieving site, but there are others; and they keep popping up. For people who can afford it, there are all kinds of watermarking softwares, but even they aren't 100% insurance. Thieves will always find a way...I'm glad you eventually could take the copyright print off your images, but it sucks that you had to do it in the first place. My art was stolen too. The perils of our amazing digital world...

Great cinematic composition in this! This really tells a story. The woman is really well posed, looking at him but walking out the door: You caught a moment in time perfectly. The guy looks almost fascinating, except for his knife. And I like how you have her gun concealed. You made a whole story out of this, lots of possible outcomes; and you did it with poses and attitudes. Fine job on the interior too, and you used space well too. Really, this is a complex piece w/ lots of angles and drama---even in your low-pov, as if you had your camera on the floor. Terrific work, Steve. This is a really masterful scene.

The icing on the cake is that she has Archer's gun.
