Splendid render ! I like you used a black dress with the back background. Nice. Btw. the distortion you see on her skirt, you can easily fix in DAZ Studio. Just select the dress in the Scene tab and see under Parameters tab -> General see if there is anything labeled 'Mesh Smoothing'. If Not present select from the application menu Edit->Object->Geometry->Apply Smoothing Modifier. Once you see the 'Mesh Smoothing' under General, make sure the smoothing is enable and then set the Smoothing Iterations to smoothen out the distortion. Start with a small value like 5 and then increase if needed.
