This has 1939 Ford Deluxe taillights of the teardrop style occasionally seen on street rod deuces. And??... and it seems to be a Chevrolet pretending to be a Ford in this view. The outside rear spare tire is not present. This is not criticism of the observer or the builder only placing the image in a category of recent and street rod conservative culture.
