Description
They look normal on the outside but harbor dark emotions. Have been remembering some of my more troubled kids. The song is from the perspective of a troubled kid.

Mu neighbor's son across the street is in the hospital on a regimen of anti psychotics for some reason. You never can tell what's going on inside people. It's too bad too, he's a nice kid.
