Love that churning blue background: very intense colour. I'm not sure your 'weaving mist' needs quite so much blur though. On the 'G', where it's sharper, it looks great. At the top of the second 'O' it looks smudged though, which seems to go against teh look your going for. Likewise on the first 'D', but excellent on the second 'D' again. Cool logo.
