The giddy-up pose and the title has me walking out of the club into a blaze of street lights.

"Hey kids rock and roll ... Rock on, ooh my soul ... Hey kids boogey too, did ya
Hey shout, summertime blues ... Jump up and down in my blue suede shoes ... Hey kids rock and roll, rock on
And where do we go from here? ... Which is the way that's clear
Still looking for that blue jean, baby queen ... Prettiest girl I've ever seen ... See her shake on the movie screen, Jimmy Dean ... James Dean, rock on"

I'm skipping some images only---only---so I can get a sampling of all you've posted. (As I've said before, the length of my comments and how slow i am at writing them make it hard, unfortunately, for me to comment on everything I miss when I'm gone; so I want to get a sampling if I can.) A great rock scene! I love the men in silhouette, and the trumpet-like speakers on the bottom---they're made of some pure shining brass (love it)---and the light shooting across in all kinds of mysterious ways. The singer/guitarist has a great expression, and the contrasts of all the red and gold (her guitar) with the stark blacks and browns of her outfit are terrific. Plus, a terrific outfit to begin with! (I just posted a tale with a llittle foray into an old disco club...I will probably do a longer piece on that soon, as I knew musicians who played in those clubs back when I was playing jazz professionally. But this isn't disco, this is hard rock; and you got the cloistered / blasting feel of the music and the milieu. Great job, Dee.)
