Garden fresh strawberries will be a great treat. Make sure to can some for winter... or the Zombie Apocalypse, the Zombie Apocalypse will be better if you have fresh strawberries.

I rarely see s.berries this green---a striking sight. Love the shadow on them, contrasted with a brighter background. The whole shot is swimming in green, and the berries look like an exotic fruit that you'd have to travel miles in the wilderness to find. A sensitive, beautiful capture, with the feeling of being deep in a rain forest somewhere...I'm sorry I don't get to your pieces more frequently, but I'm off of RR several weeks at a time...But it's always a joy to comment when I return. (I see them, in almost every case, the day they go up.) It's always a treat when you come back here. I hope all is going well, Barb, with your long devotion to your ailing mother.
