Just a note. His feet are floating in the water. You need to lower him a bit more into the water so that his feet touch the rock surface.

Amazing render. Nice you have chosen a "skinny muscled" body shape. Looks much more real than always the pumped up ones. One thing: the shadows under the feet don´t look fine for me...i mean both feet look like they were above the ground cause the shadows are bit away from the foot. Just my opinion ;)
