Description

As far as the eye can see. Captured 3/13/17 @ 8:11 am, about two blocks from my abode. Just normal for early morning traffic during the business week.

The pavement and sidewalks look excellent as do the traffic controls. We see now that IBM wants all their home workers to come back to the office thus creating a strong demand for self-driving cars. HP and XDS were early adopters of home workers. What does Long Beach say?

Congestion is a bad thing in traffic and body wise.

I guessed that was early morning traffic because I've never seen it like that on Sunday mornings.

Use Vick's Vaporub decongestant - works miracles every time! Sorry, but I just can't help it, every time I see traffic congestion! Keep up the good work! :-)

I love the slight angle on this---a tilt or an angle which makes it feel like the whole scene is little skewed. It's perfect for the pile-up of cars after the stoplights. And for the utter fogged-out shapes in the distance. I don't know if you had fog that morning, but the atmosphere is deliciously muddy. And the feel---like some other shots I've just commented on---is gray and melancholic. Fine composition, with that bleak sky in the upper half, contrasted with the mass of cars in the middle, then more bleak road, below. Fine capture of congestion, Harry.
