Imposing building. But how did it survive the siege of Sevastopol in WWII? Nice photo, gives a very strong image of historical greatness. Keep up the good work! :-)

Wonderful composition.
What history encases this city. This was a "tough nut to crack", in the 1850s and the 1940s.

Something about this shot tells me it's yours. If I'd seen it in a gallery somewhere, if I didn't know you were the photographer, it would have made me think of you. In any event ... it's eye-catching and intriguing, and it pulls me in to look and look and look again. Brilliant work.
