this is my first (passable) render in Rhino so any tips are welcome, I downloaded the evaluation version two days ago and this was the result of a tutorial I found on the web.. seems like a good program to learn, so I'll try to stick with it.. there's some good work in this gallery to inspire me. thanks for viewing and comments welcome.

This came out great. I love the wooden look to the blade, as if it were carved from a solid piece of wood. I know the blade is made from metal, but the illusion it gives from the texture is very cool. Nice overall design too.
