My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Ok. So I have to admit that I opened the large view to see how many times I could see the reflection repeated! Neat capture

I do like this! What a treat to see you, you don't do it often enough.

this is a fabulous and fun shot. Like Bev I went to full size just to see how many reflections of you I could find

There are so many things to see, block-by-block, when we visit a historic town. Staunton was a good example. I'm with you. The bricks and the edge and grout lines set this off as a unique composition. It goes without saying, that you and Rebecca do the same. What a fun afternoon. Where was I? Running ahead to see what was around the corner I suppose:) Oh, and remember the chocolate shop?

Hmm, caddies for photographers. That could catch on (hand me my 50mm prime). This is a fabulous image if only for the competing sight lines.

Cool! For a moment I thought I wa seeing Bill and Tara! But an adjustment to my glasses and a closer look, well, I stand corrected! Nice with the grout lines converging in the photo - draws the eye in. Also interesting is you're standing a good bit from the mirror and this gives a nice out of focus background. Keep up the good work! :-) And, oh drat, Bill's reminded me of chocolate! And I haven't ha dinner yet!

What a perfect idea to make this stunning capture. Very clever, and cute too. You are very smart, by giving your luggage 'away':D

Fun and beautifully composed shot, Tara! Looks like you two were having a heyday! Sometimes Jo carries my camera bag (I think she's afraid I'll set it down somewhere and forget it...LOL).

Nice to see you and 'caddy' Rebecca Tara.

That was very nice of Rebecca and ... btw .... photographers make it so. You need both hands for photographing lol I love the unobstructed view of the street.

Very effective photo! CLEVER! Yes, we are still in Massachusetts! I have never been to that place that you spoke of but I have heard of it and its all good things! We'd love to meet you both! No trips to the UK till Christmas, so the timing sounds good! Just be in touch when the time gets near and we will catch you here! Thank you!

OH How fun. That is what I think you and Rebecca had that day... not to mention Bill out of frame. Glad to see you Tara :)

I like the idea of these mirrors. They have them all over Switzerland on tight spots and here at Luke AFB at the entrance/exit of the POL (Petroleum, Oil, Lubricants) pool where tanker trucks get fuel to the fighters! As to the idea of someone carrying my stuff, I could easily get used to that!

A unique opportunity for a 'serious' photographer and a Convex mirror, too good to pass it up - I would use it too if had half the chance... BTW - what a practical 'workers uniform': overalls, love them... ! LOL - think of all the pockets and all the things you can carry and hide there ? but then again, you have got a minion to help you out - she's probably hoping, that you pay well at days end... maybe a drink will do LOL 🍻
