These shadows are terrific. My mind creates simple images of the shadows. I'm seeing a bird with a long beak perched on a Bird of Paradise flower. A Bat on a perch. Very sharp lines. Good job!

ditto several people above. I'm trying to skip images so I can get to some marine shots, but you're not making it easy. This is terrific. It has a positively gilt tone, a gold-tinged yellow, like you basted it with a basting brush just before shooting it. (Basted with butter, tinged with turmeric or some other deep yellow spice.) Wonderful light and textures, I love the pock marks, and the leaves have a grace and articulation that is most unusual in leave shots. Plus the angled composition is perfect. Terrific.
