The expression goes well with the title. Nicely done.

Btw. the distortion in the jacket under that breast that you see can easily be fixed by using Edit->Object->Geometry->Add smoothing modifier. Then in the parameter tab under general, look for Mesh Smoothing and play with the Smoothing Iteration and Collision Iteration.
