Description

Still not decided whether G8 is that much an improvement for me. After testing the other way around (G8 stuff on G3, my current favourite for everything "not- monster"), this is the Darcy texture on G8 with one of the hairprops that came with G8. Everything else I used was meant for G3F, and some accessories got badly deformed when applied to G8 (there seems to be less choices in the dialogue for applying stuff to "other" figures than there was previously). Using the skin texture and making use of the facial morphs of G8 (and making her smile to show that I am not depressed *lol*) I found that her teeth got the rot. Had to exchange the texture alltogether. Hope this helps should you be thinking about buying the new character.

Excellent render I must say! And thanks for the heads up on the new Victoria 8 ., I had been wondering of G3 stuff would fit on her properly. My budget has bottomed out and dont see anyway of nabbing her anytime soon, short of a miracle. Darn car of mine gotsa is being fixed right now and it ate my lunch! ~sigh~

Great image. I bit on the G8 offer. Too tempting to pass up. I did play around some with the basic G8. Was impressed but not sure if I wanted to buy into another G after making the jump to G3 not that long ago, but couldn't resist the pricing.

I think I will skip on G8 until I can properly move Miho to a G8 base. I do like the easier expression control and G8 using the PowerPose templates.

I love the idea to present V8 with freeckles. Great laughing in her face. Bravo. I ask myself if there are enpough changes in V8 and M8 later on that make it worth while to purchase. If I cannot all my 16 different characters from M7 to M8 100%-100% this would make it completely uninteresting.
