"I can not understand her!! But you should, didn't you?" I think this joke only my german visitors can understand. This green sock puppet (called Paulinsche) was part of a TV comdey show here in germany (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQ3A4xcebTo). This puppet couldn't speak properly and therefore the comedian made only 'hmmmmm' like someone who has a sock in his mouth.
