Lovely work on the scars! And oh ma gawd these eyes! Some may find them belonging to a psycho, a killer. But to me that stare has a sad and somewhat tired vibe to it. What happened to her that she's wearing the mask, and what does this harness hide? Is this a killer portrait (yeah, it sure is, quality-wise), or are we looking at someone who's out for revenge, and rightfully so?

Sort of like Mad Max in the movie, but this here is darker, not so much "in your face" but more like "under your skin".

Really tiny nit-pick: the piercing line along her left ear distracts the view a little bit off the face and eyes, maybe darkening those a bit would have been better? Bah, who am I to criticize :) Now come and slaughter me for daring... xD

You know, it's funny you should mention the piercing line, because it's actually the one thing I hemmed and hawed over concerning this piece, as I couldn't make up my mind as to whether I actually liked it - I still don't know! Disturbing and dark, no matter how you slice it. And I assume the subject of the portrait is no stranger to slicing. Great, grungy vibe and proof that less is more with a psychological portrait.
