Description

Ha, bet you thought I was going to show some of that beautiful coral in the lagoon tank captured back on 6/21/2011, at the beautiful Aquarium of the Pacific, in beautiful Long Beach, California. But I did get pics of the coral, which I'll post later. Other than coral, this loverly Foxface Rabbitfish is just one of the many inhabitants of the lagoon.

I found nothing on the internet that says this is a variety of tang fish. The foxface rabbitfish (Siganus vulpinus) is a species of fish found at reefs and lagoons in the tropical Western Pacific. It belongs to the rabbitfish family (Siganidae) and is sometimes still placed in the obsolete genus Lo.
