Very nice character but there's something off with whole compositing. Might be because of the background blur and the crisp sharpness of the front character. It works at the height of its feet and legs but going up from there , I get a "paste in" feeling. Might be the light on his arm and face coming from the left.

Well, you see why the light is coming from the left additionally. The is no compositing. The complete scene is a 3d set.:) the reason for this Kind of sharpnesse is quiete simple: the focus of my Scene cam is located there...

Focal length of my virtual cam is 75 mm, which is a slight tele-lens in the realworld, f 1,4. Slight compression effect because of the longer focal length and stronger focussed/ defocussed appearance.

Some other details of the technical side: 43 gb of ram-consumption on the main machine and 16 gb each on the two other clients while rendering it in 4500 pixels resolution in two hours. Renderer : Advanced Render, physical mode.
