Description

352nd Special Operation Wing CV-22 Osprey at Duxford at their last Air Festival (2017). It flew in families to enjoy the day.. Well, saves driving huh? Mortals such as you or I could clamber all over it if we wanted but only a few at a time.. Wonder why lol This is turning into a regular event now at shows here! Rob

Thanks for the pic Rob. This is an amazing machine...that's had lots of growing pains. I'm surprised at families getting to fly...must be a sign of high confidence and they must have signed all sorts of waivers.

Ha! A propeller powered Harrier! This is SO cool! It took me a few seconds to figure it out, but, wow! Keep up the good work finding unusual configurations! :-)

Great capture of that unique bird. Looks like something Batman would fly. And I thought those cool craft were only the property of the US Marine Corps.
