Description

Wednesday, June 21, 2017 And here we have mom (or maybe dad), sitting on the nook of the roof across the courtyard. This is as zoomed in as my camera could zoom. The bird is smaller than the palm of my hand. Both mom and dad were flying back and forth protesting our interfering with their well hidden nest. I don't blame them. When the new, big class room was finished in 2013, one or two of these birds flew in and out of the class room several times during the first week of use! This was very amusing to all, though it disturbed the teaching. They left no poop behind. Smart little creatures! Enjoy!
