A page from the short story I wrote for the SpiderForest Webcomic Collective's first anthology (currently funding on Kickstarter!) Members were challenged to come up with stories featuring, well, spiders and forests, and it's amazing how creative we all got! I'm the only 3D artist in the anthology, so I worked pretty hard at stepping up my game with this short, and I feel like it paid off at least a bit. For those familiar with my comic, this takes place about ten years before the start of Sunset Grill, when Eva la Fleur was staging her takeover of Porttown, and features her lieutenant, Spider, uncovering an... unusual... roadblock to progress. Done in Daz3D; postwork done in Gimp.
