Description
Stereo pair done as if it were for use in mapping,
i.e. an analytical stereoplotter. My "aircraft"
followed an east-west flight line at an "altitude"
of 6000 meters. For mapping purposes one wants
60-80% overlap between the images in a stereo
model and 20% overlap between adjacent models.
The camera is kept pointed straight down. The
sun angle should be neither too high or too low.
This canresult in 2 sets of shadows and differences in lighting form one image to the next, but that's how it goes.

i don't understand stereo pictures but it's cool for being a texture. is it possible to see the bigger version as a free texture?

THIS IS EXCELLENT! I have no idea if you will ever read this comment........ but this image blew me right outta my chair! LOL! I could actually SEE the pins or pointed markers sticking straight up in the air from the ground and giving off the shows like as if there was light. I saw 2 of them. AND........ the heights and depths that the crevasses/crevices produced, that were knurled throughout the entire graph is absolutely wild! I mean WILD! You really do some COOL work. I showed my fianc and it blew him away too!!****Personally........... I think you should bring this one back into the light. Explain, to people how to see this graph in the right way. No one seems to get it. It isn't fair to your creatively genius picture. This is an absolute work of art, and not only that, but it was fun, finding what was hidden in the picture's depths. Bring out all your stereo grams/graphs, back into the light. It is well worth the visuals
