Description

This is a redo of Landing at the Outpost. Wscottart correctly commented that full thrusters was not a good way to stay on the makeshift runway, so I turned them off and adjusted the wings to use them as brakes. The rocket ship has almost completed its journey to a somewhat mysterious destination, making a dead stick landing, the rocket nozzles still glowing. The destination appears to be an outpost in a desert with a makeshift landing strip. But what are those creatures flying overhead and isn't the sky odd? The rocket ship is Cybertenko's, the outpost is the space base from DAZ and the two retro-style rockets by the hangar are also from DAZ. The hangar is from 2nd World, and the environment is Hameleon's Canyon 2. The several figures are LoREZ 14 MU Workers from DAZ. The flying creatures are from Dinoraul. The scene was composed and rendered in Poser 11 and post-processed in Corel Photo Paint.

That is a cool sci-fi scene. Nicely done.
