The long shadow to the left is not only totally appropriate but integral to the story. I would make this girl and her shadow into a theme and place them both, as is, against different backgrounds. ...a desert at sunset, Mars at the break of dawn, an abandoned beach littered with kelp after the tide has receded, in the middle of Times Square on a late Summer's afternoon.... you see where this is going.... great work.
