Description
...well I'm no expert but it seems a bit 'full' of reeds to my eye! I reckon I could almost walk across it, but I must say the local bird life and eels seem to love it.

It does seem a bit over full of plantlife! Let's hope that when it decays it doesn't make the water poisonous.

ponds here with little circulation has trouble with growth that can kill the aquatic life from starving for oxygen

interesting captures - seems there's a lot of nitrates going into this pond - is there a farm nearby?

A luxury buffet for birds and eels: Insects, larvae, eggs, mollusks ... just name them!

The good news is, left alone, nature seems to have a way to deal with this sort of thing. Neat presentation.
